Brewing Instructions: Hot: Brew at 206°F with 1 tsp per 8oz, steep 5–7 mins. Iced: Use 2 tsp per 8oz, steep 7 mins, strain, and pour over ice. Keeps 3 days in the fridge. Gallon: Steep 6–8 tbsp hot for 7 mins, then chill. Add lemon slices to fancy it up.
